To Wendy, lovely print. l-r Madison Scouts, Crossmen, Blue Stars, Blue Devils, Phantom Regiment, Garfield Cadets, Santa Clara Vanguard, Seneca Optimists. Who was the host drum corps and why are they not in the poster?

There was no "host" corps. Invitation Quebec was a group of first rate drum corps enthusiasts (some ex members or associated parties of various Quebecois corps) who wanted to put on DCI show in Quebec....and did a kick ass job of it.
