The Cavaliers invited the Optimists Alumni to perform in Michigan City, Indiana. On July 3, 2010, the corps was in a parade and performed as an exhibition corps in a DCI show. On July 4th the corps was in a parade in Whitmore Lake, Michigan.

While Northstar (Dutch Boy) did not compete in 2010, their colour guard and a few of their members performed with the Optimists Alumni in the summer of 2010. This album pays tribute to them.
